4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers and sub-processors — we engage trusted third-party companies to perform functions on our behalf, including cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, customer support tools, and analytics. These providers have access to information only as necessary to perform their functions and are contractually required to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
