Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") describes the terms under which Gulf Coast Brands LLC d/b/a RankScore ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), located at 3980 Tampa Road, STE 205, Oldsmar, FL 34677, may issue refunds for purchases made through the RankScore platform or any related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing a subscription or any other paid offering through the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on purchases made through the Service within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the date your payment was processed.
  • You must contact our support team to initiate the refund request (see Section 2 below).
  • The request must be submitted through the correct process and include sufficient information for us to locate and verify your purchase.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window has elapsed will not be considered, except where required by applicable law.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, you must contact our support team directly. Refunds are not automatically issued and will not be processed without a formal request. Please follow these steps:

  • Email us at success@rankscore.co with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include your full name, the email address associated with your RankScore account, the date of purchase, and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund.
  • Our support team will review your request and respond with a determination of whether your refund has been approved or denied.

We reserve the right to request additional information to verify your identity or purchase before processing a refund.

3. Refund Processing

If your refund request is properly submitted and approved within the applicable 30-day period, we will process your refund within 30 calendar days of the approval date.

All refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to that same credit card. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used at the time of purchase.

Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account will depend on your bank, credit card issuer, or other payment institution. This processing time is outside of our control.

4. Bank Fees and Charges

Any bank fees, credit card charges, currency conversion fees, or other costs imposed by your own bank, credit card issuer, or payment institution in connection with your original purchase or a subsequent refund shall be borne solely by you. Gulf Coast Brands LLC d/b/a RankScore is not responsible for any such fees or charges and will not reimburse them as part of any refund.

5. Right to Deny Refunds

We reserve the right to deny any refund request at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

  • The refund request is submitted outside of the 30-day eligibility window.
  • The request does not comply with the submission process described in this Policy.
  • We reasonably determine that the request is fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
  • Your use of the Service violates our Terms of Service.
  • The purchase falls under a category that is expressly excluded from refund eligibility under any applicable agreement or promotional terms.

Denial of a refund does not affect any other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Subscription Cancellations

Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your RankScore subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription in addition to requesting a refund, you must do so separately through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future charges but does not itself trigger a refund for any prior billing period.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
